Returns & Exchanges
At WFC, we want you to love your home decor and furniture; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your WFC account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and include a copy of your packing slip inside the parcel.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned furniture for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
